Martin Rimes is not a CTA and not in one of a number of businesses or professions listed in the Commodity Exchange Act or registered in another capacity. His educational trades for simulation only is solely incidental to the principal business as a educator of trading concepts and evaluating market perspective.

Martin Rimes does not provide individual trading advice. I will
make recommendations, such as advice to buy or sell specific futures contracts should a particular price level be reached, through newsletters, books and periodicals. The advice includes specific recommendations for simulated trading only and the recipients of publications all receive the same advice.

Martin Rimes provides general to specific advice showing educational trades or market perspective through e-mails, an Internet web site, telephone calls or face-to-face meetings with customers consisting of instructions to buy or sell a futures contract based on a computerized trading system, which also is available for purchase and use on a personal computer, and the customers all receive the same advice, which is always designed for simulated trading only.

Martin Rimes may conduct seminars at which attendees are taught how to trade commodity futures contracts aided by a software program that he sells and he may invite seminar attendees to participate in a question-and-answer session at which he provides commodity trading advice only for educational purpose without asking or receiving information about the personal characteristics of the attendees.

Your Instructor

I take pride in working with small groups of dedicated and focused traders from newbie to professional money manager.  Each client is treated with respect for the difficult journey involved in learning the trading game. My world-wide client base has one thing in common: building a consistent trading practice. Most have gone through numerous methodologies and are seeking a more relaxed "kitchen table" approach.  We achieve goal through simplified trading strategies avoiding complexity.  We focus on high probability follow-through opportunities.  I have hand-picked (through much personal trial and error) the trade set-ups I wished I had known when I first started trading. My approach is heavy on visual chart reading, yet longer term trades utilize company fundamentals for stocks as well as seasonal factors affecting various commodities and financial futures.  I follow the global foot print of money regarding risk aversion/risk acceptance. Due to the heavy presence of algorithmic trading, I stress an understanding of market correlations between trading instruments.  Everything taught provides you with an all-encompassing market view. I am the Field Marshal telling you the lay of the land complete with suggested strategy. I am not a CTA or licensed professional. Therefore please consult with a license professional to determine if trading is right for your financial situation. All trades executed are in simulation only, which has limitations.
